ALABAMA - Sen. Bobby Singleton talks about abrupt decision to strip rape exception from from abortion bill

Alabama Senate Minority Leader Bobby Singleton, D-Greensboro, objected to the Senate stripping a rape and incest exception from a bill to ban abortion without taking a roll call vote.

Senator Singleton says, that he hopes that there will be a backlash from the people of the state in regard to the motion was being stated during the determination of the ruling.
