The fear of Artificial Intelligence, is a fear that is well merited.
Everyday, we put more and more of our livelihood into the hands of A.I. willingly. Simultaneously, we push harder and harder to advance the capabilities of that same A.I. And it is within that paradigm that we are attempting to create something, that is equal to or greater than humanities ability in what are seemingly mundane task.
The skepticism of our efforts is grounded in the very real potential of our success in that creation, and what the effect it might have on us.
For decades now the Terminator stories, have been an entertaining extreme look at this fear. I have no doubt that this film will continue that tradition. I also expect, that they will in someway weave in a sympathy for the creation, as that has been the attempt of the film industry since the beginning of film making.
The threat of A.I. being housed in mechanical shells is already beginning to have an impact on our lives. As jobs are being replaced by A.I. on a rapidly increasing frequency, and as self driving vehicles emerge from conception that will only further that cause. This of course seems a bit less dramatic for those that haven’t yet lost their jobs to machines, but to those who have it is life altering.
It is my belief that we should begin to create contingencies for our livelihoods or else the death toll will look far worse than this film will portray it. Starvation takes a while, and it hurts far worse than a bullet.
This film was filled with way more action than any of the other John Wicks prior.
This is a huge DISTRACTION! Anything to do with these proposed laws, laws that will not be passed, is meant to take your eyes off of something else.

Apocalypse movie for children!
Herpetophobia is an irrational fear of reptiles, has been explored in a lot of horror films/monster films in the past
My anticipation was that this was a typical horror film, and that simply is not the case.
The saturation of hopelessness was difficult to stomach
